Who is eligible to participate in the contest? Children under the age of 12 from anywhere in the world. Can my story be written in another language than english? Stories must be written in english. The book will only be published in English. When is the deadline for submissions? May 15th, 2021 is the deadline for submissions. Stories sent in after this date will not be accepted. Where do I submit my short story? Please e-mail your submissions to aquastarsinfo@gmail.com May I submit more than one piece? No! Only one submission will be permitted per student. What does my story have to be about? Your story may be about absolutely anything you choose. There is no theme for this contest so you may choose to write about anything. What do I have to include in my submission? At the top of your short story make sure to include your full name, parent's name, mailing address and a method of communication (email and phone number). How many winners will be selected? There will be 10 winners selected. How will the winners be selected? Winners will be selected by a panel of three editors. Each piece will be judged on creativity, passion, grammar and originality. When will the winners be announced? The winning stories will be announced end of June.
